Right after checkout

The resource is available to download immediately from its page — on BuiltByBit that's your Purchases/Downloads tab, on zcraftstudios.com it's your library.

Updates

Version bumps are free for the lifetime of the product. When a resource you own gets an update, redownload it from the same page — there's nothing to repurchase.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case. Open a ticket in the Discord explaining the issue before requesting one — a lot of "it doesn't work" cases turn out to be a quick install fix.

Getting support

Join the ZCraft Studios Discord and open a support ticket. Include:

• The resource you're having trouble with
• Your Minecraft/server version
• The resource's version
• The error message or issue
• Console logs or screenshots
• What you've already tried

Bug reports should go through the same Discord ticket system, with clear steps to reproduce the issue.
